Researchers prepared the peel-off gel mask formulation, which combines Aloe vera and moringa leaf extract (Moringa oleifera L.), in three different formulas with varying concentrations of HPMC. Stability testing was conducted using the freeze-thaw method for six cycles at temperatures of 4? and 40?. Physical stability parameters evaluated included organoleptic properties, homogeneity, pH, spreadability, and drying time. Organoleptic observations revealed color differences among the three formulas: Fm1 and Fm2 appeared dark green, while Fm3 exhibited a moss green color. No differences were observed before and after the freeze-thaw test in terms of color; however, consistency changed, becoming slightly more liquid from cycle 2 through cycle 6. Homogeneity testing showed phase separation in formulas Fm1 and Fm2 during the second cycle and in Fm3 during the fourth cycle. There were no significant differences in pH, spreadability, or drying time after undergoing the freeze-thaw stability test.
